PARTS WARRANTY - If any piece is missing from your kit, I'll get the piece to you as soon as I can.  "New" pieces are used in producing custom kits.  "New" does not mean mint condition.  Minor scratches, etc may be visible due to parts being stored/shipped together.  "New" is also the condition listed by the parts resellers I get them from.  While I try to verify pieces are in good condition as I sort them for your order, sometimes pieces slip through (I do not inspect every piece with a magnifying glass.).  If this happens, please contact me and we can arrange a replacement.  

If your custom kit is missing a required piece, please contact me and I will be happy to replace it.  Please thoroughly check the box/bags as small parts can sometimes get stuck inside larger bricks, etc.

As I do not physically produce the pieces, I can not be responsible for physical defects or misuse of the pieces themselves.  Sometimes pieces break.  Forcing a connection may damage the piece.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS -  I will only accept returns on new and unopened IN-STOCK kits, in resellable condition, minus a 20% restocking fee.  Kits must be returned (received) within 30 days from date of sale.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  All custom orders and preorders are final - they are non-returnable and non-refundable.  

All digital instruction sales are final - no returns or refunds.  If there is a problem with the file, I will provide a correct version.  Digital downloads are valid for 30 days from purchase date.  Any undownloaded files will become void and subject to repurchasing.

Please verify format of instructions are compatible before purchase.  All instructions are provided in PDF format on a CD-ROM unless specifically noted.   A USB thumbdrive option is available for purchase if you require an alternate format (ie. dont have a CD drive).   

SHIPPING FEES:

The shipping fee calculated by the webstore is an ESTIMATE for USPS shipping.  Unless specifically stated, and any excess shipping fee will be invoiced and need to be paid before item is shipped.  Proof of shipping charge provided upon request.

If you recieve a shipping amount of $19.99 (US Domestic) or $79.99 (International addresses), it is a default amount as the USPS cannot calculate the amount (either the address is invalid or the store cant connect to USPS server).  You will be refunded or charged for the correct amount.  (Proof of shipping cost provided upon request).

Seller is not responsible for lost/stolen/delayed packages once the order is received by the shipping party (ie. USPS).  USPS only insures Priority packages up to $50.00 USD.  If you would like additional insurance, please contact me and I will invoice you for the additional amount.  Please contact the shipping agency to file any claim.  A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided.  Please make sure your address and email address is entered correctly for both your order and your payment form.

Buyer is responsible for any additional fees for International Shipping such as customs charges, import taxes/fees, etc.  Actual value of item will be used for Customs declaration.

DISCLAIMER

Contains small pieces not suitable for small children - as they present a choking hazard, hurt when stepped on, etc.   Seller is not responsible for any injury/damages caused by the misuse of this product.   Do not eat - they don't taste good either.
