SPECIAL NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders may require additional postage than the cart "estimates" due to weight, full insurance, etc.  If the shipping charge is more than $5.00 over the cost originally estimated, the additional shipping will be billed and due prior to shipping of the kit.  If more than $5.00 less, you will be refunded the excess shipping.   The seller cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to Customs delays/restrictions or issues with local courier service.  Please check any local customs restrictions/fees/taxes, etc before ordering.  Buyer is responsible for any fees/import taxes, etc.  Seller is also not responsible for stolen packages.  Please ensure a secure delivery location or request that your local courier hold for pickup.
 
RETURNS:  Preorder kits are custom produced kits.  Once an order is made and the preorder period has closed, cancellations will not be valid.  Returns will only be accepted if returned in a new, sealed, resellable condition within 30 days of delivery date.  Returns must be in original packaging and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
 
MISSING PIECES:  I take a lot of care to make sure all pieces are included in your custom kit - but I am human and I do sometimes make mistakes.  If for some reason your kit is missing a piece, I will replace the part as soon as possible.  All parts are new condition, authentic Lego or Brickarms pieces.
